Description: He very much looks the part of a Fletcher. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly ceremonial daggers and daggers. His gray fur is still thick. He has several tiny ruby earrings on each ear.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Trail grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Trail. Being a Fletcher kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and balancing his hectic life and new fletcher responsibilities is difficult

Description: She wears light armors faded through time and improper care. She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. Her hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. Her eyes are hazel and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She can't help but pocket interesting objects she comes across
History: Lorilla hails from a village terrorized by orcs. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and a deep hatred of orcs

Description: This dark-skinned female dresses well, wearing brown shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. She is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. Her chestnut hair is wavy and long. Her green eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: To end her boredom; and her religion dominates her actions

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.
History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To pay off her debts; and wants to work out more often

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She takes great joy in being the best Assassin in town.
History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her childhood dream was to be a Marshal, but she was a colossal failure. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 8 years.

Personality: She thrives on attention. She does whatever is in her power to gain the attention of whomever she deems a fit date. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.
History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Ruler arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She now mingles about in high society.

Description: This woman is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized ruby on her right hand. She has done her best to style her red hair to look like a famous performer. Her skin is flawless and her gray eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: She was born in a small forest village. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Dell took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up shield and armor she uses now. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
Motivation: She uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs.
