Description: He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His chestnut hair is braided into rings. His violet unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Taklinn embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of giants once and for all.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His parents were killed by giants in a raid when he was still a young child. The giants captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Tod was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: Revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it

He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Oppleby and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered music. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 4'3" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His auburn hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His ears are large.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Spice Merchant. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A gifted student he started as a Blacksmith, but he got bored and became a Spice Merchant. He has worked as a Spice Merchant like his mother before him.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and wants to have a good time and be beloved
