After coming to the age of reason, Cimer took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Gifted from a young age, Ranala studied abroad. She has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: An older man who wears dull violet sweaters, loose red pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed hammer, just in case, he is not a threatening figure. He wears a colorful flower in his brown hair. He has hazel eyes.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Paelias will drive conversation. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Paelias is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her first spouse was a Cook, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She receives visions of the future at random moments

History: She was born into a rich family. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and further expansion of business

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Born in the north to a Marshal, Arannis learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Expand his business; and balancing his hectic life and new marshal responsibilities is difficult

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
