History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. A gifted student she started as a Mayor, but she got bored and became a Bookbinder. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
