Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears an entirely tan suit with blue socks and a vest with buckled shoes. He keeps his blonde hair in a flapper bob. He has several tiny amethyst earrings on each ear.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.
History: He was born into a rich family. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Being a Banker kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. After a long history of fighting, Rinn and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: To be a Bather again.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he tends to wear a violet poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His long white hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Through the years after Paelias was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Paelias's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: She has a large red mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her black robe, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 2'11" when asserting herself. Her chestnut hair is cut short. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.
History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her mother. Portia was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Portia decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Description: This woman very much looks the part of a Navigator. She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized sapphire on her left hand. She has black hair. She has several tiny sapphire earrings on each ear.
Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dwarf in existence. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.
History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Navigator work with an outfit from a few towns over. Navigator work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She tends to her Navigator job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Navigator responsibilities is difficult.

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His hair is black and curly. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: He was raised in a island tribe. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Nazdûg took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up spear and armor he uses now. He bought a spear and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Tiefling, and stands approximately 5'7". He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down, and his gloved hand is found clutching a dagger. He has wavy brown hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.
History: Born in the south to a Dyer, Ekemon learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Through the years after Ekemon was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Ekemon's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Dyer for the past few years.
