History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Nutae was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: She was born into a rich family. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.
