History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Cloud alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against brigands

The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Trey is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Trey grew up listening to his father's many stories. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Born in the west to a Shipwright, Thiala learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. A freak accident while working with her Carter father left her crippled. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Shipwright.

Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Gnomes in Buvvie's homeland. Buvvie decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things.
