Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Barber business.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 8 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Thodris never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Expand his business; and further expansion of business

Description: With green face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she wears a pastel vest and prefers grey and green shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. Her brown fur is unkempt and raggedy. Her hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. She has no hair. She has several tiny topaz earrings on each ear.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She was raised in a plains tribe. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.
