Description: He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized violet coat. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly hammers and ceremonial daggers. His hair is white and curly. His eyes are likewise violet.
Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Sailor. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: Naal was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Sailor. Being a Sailor kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: This malnourished man wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. He has a very tight haircut. He has gleaming, smiling violet eyes.
Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. Don is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: To unite with his brother; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and she has decided she is irredeemable

Description: He wears baggy black pantaloons and a green scarf, and he perpetually has his scimitar ready. He wears a deerstalker hat to hide his balding. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Skûn was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His hair is long and white with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small violet clips. His beard is auburn, braided, and well cared for. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his hazel eyes.
Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tabaxi companion (his 'brother'). He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
