Description: He wears a tattered pair of loose white pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: He got into the Navigator business at a young age. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Navigator. He has achieved small success as a Navigator.

Description: She is a pot bellied eastern woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She wears a fancy tan dress. Her brown hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Description: She is an exceptionally muscular looking western young adult. She dresses like a well dressed Locksmith does. Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her eyes are likewise black. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.
History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Through the years after Uzza was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Uzza's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She now owns her own business.
Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She is obsessed with finding treasure.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She found a children's book about a Tiefling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the south; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is her passion

Description: He is a pot bellied eastern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His hair is long and silver with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small tan clips. His beard is chestnut, braided, and well cared for. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover his moderate length brass crest. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.
History: He was raised in a desert tribe. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dragonborns in the north were limited. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Hunter and was forced into it by his family; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Description: This late middle aged man wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with wide-brimmed hat and is in decent physical shape. His hair is brown and very short. His eyes are blue and beady.
Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Gnomish culture. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Glim was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When Glim reached his early adolescence his Gnome mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Randal grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to pay off his debts
