Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: Shamil was born with her father's beautiful face. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage.
