History: River was born with her father's beautiful face. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. River grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did River. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Vrondiss grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Gnomish companion (his 'brother'). When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: He wears just a black suit. He carries with him a set of nunchakus on his belt, each one with a opal on the hilt. He keeps his long chestnut hair kept up in a rat tail. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Ghash was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Ghash decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Fenriz has worked very hard to control his curse. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Fenriz fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Birel was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. She found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: Korag hails from a village terrorized by orcs. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, orcs burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying south to reunite his family. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: To clean up the streets; and a deep hatred of orcs
