Description: He is a pot bellied western man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He wears a deerstalker hat to cover his moderate length red hair. His gold eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Abad is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born into a rich family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Abad grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Abad. After months of barely getting by, Abad managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Orc activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Orc doctor. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 11 years.

Description: The light-skinned man stands 5'1" and dresses well, wearing yellow shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His brown hair and beard is wavy and long. His brown unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Lamlis lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Dyer and was forced into it by his family.

Description: He usually wears his yellow robe and has his morningstar always slung over his shoulder. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy black hair. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. A true patriot, Drogo would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. Through the years after Drogo was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Drogo's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Drogo and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Herleva embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Herleva was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and an old rival family wants her found

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He found a children's book about a Dwarf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has achieved small success as a Dyer.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing his hectic life and new dyer responsibilities is difficult

History: Gimurt was born with his mother's beautiful face. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. After a long history of fighting, Gimurt and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Andraste was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Andraste decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and wants to work out more often
