History: Born in the west to a Guard, Barakas learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Barakas liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has worked as a Guard like his mother before him.

This search led him directly into Roofer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Roofer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Recently the stress of being a Roofer has made it difficult for him to sleep.

History: Chem was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Tiefling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He struck the Laborer job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: She was raised in a desert tribe. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
