History: Gifted from a young age, Ulla studied abroad. Her parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when she was still a young child. The gnolls captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She hates orcs. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. After a long history of fighting, Kilia and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He has worked as a Tailor like his father before him.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he's repulsed by the pc

Description: This man stands a little under 6'4" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. He has auburn hair. His brown eyes peer out from beneath his top brown hat.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and wants to open a new tavern

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sellsword hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
