History: Quick hails from a village terrorized by illithids. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Quick alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Synthrin was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Synthrin has worked very hard to control her curse. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with her Beggar mother left her crippled. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature longbow.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and to reunite with her old friends

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. She was granted psionic powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and she loathes her own lifestyle

Personality: Joser is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Joser was born with his mother's beautiful face. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he feels threatened by others

Personality: She is fixated on the number 93. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety; and money/treasure

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: A 2'9" western woman, she dresses like a well dressed Seamstress does. Her brown hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Her blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Eran embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She worked as a nervous Seamstress and found it very stressful. She became a Seamstress soon after.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. A freak accident while working with her Marshal father left her crippled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
