History: Born to a Unemployed, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Guard. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Guard for hire.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Koth was born the youngest of three triplets. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Soapmaker.

Description: This man is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His feathered hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He has several tiny opal earrings on each ear.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Nelkin isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Nelkin is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. In his youth he was a Barber, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger brother on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: This malnourished man is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. He keeps his long red crest kept up in a rat tail. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Norkruuth fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and to find somewhere to settle down

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His first spouse was a Farmer, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and regain custody of his daughter
