He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Sellsword they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Spy, and he later adopted a second son.

She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east.
