History: She was born in the south. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Stableman. He now owns his own business.

Description: Her left side is far more bruised and cut up than her other. She wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty grey coat over it. Her golden hair is cut short. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep blue.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Jarana's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. In her 12th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He got into the Merchant business at a young age. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She disdains her fellow easterners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Euphemia alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Many giants want her driven away; and she wants revenge against giants

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. His first spouse was a Baker, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
