History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

History: He was raised in a island tribe. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside her partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Marshal hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Elysande fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
