History: Erevan was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Bookbinder for the past few years.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. A freak accident while working with her Navigator father left her crippled. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
