Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the south. Through the years after Nogu was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Nogu's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born into a rich family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
