After coming to the age of reason, Serpent took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: Her left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She wears a worn and beaten armor. She has dyed her greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Ulla was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Ulla decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

His hair, while still mostly chestnut, has prominent grey streaks. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She takes great joy in being the best Fletcher in town.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Fletcher. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Findex is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Findex was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Tailor arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. History: Born in the west to a Spice Merchant, Driindar learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Spice Merchant. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
