Description: This southern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears a black broad hat and black clothes. Her black hair is braided into rings. Her blue eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: The child of a Armorer, who enjoyed hunting, Tawar was taken on many hunting expeditions. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Hunter. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Hunter for hire.
Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and a deep hatred of goblins

History: Borun was born with his father's beautiful face. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: Standing 4'3", this woman tends to wear a brown poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. Her black hair is knotted and matted. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Helja wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She disdains her fellow southerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Dwarves in Helja's homeland. Helja decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. His silver hair and beard is wavy and long. His gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Butcher but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Ulfgar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Description: She is lean but muscular and wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. Her fur, while still mostly cinnamon, has prominent grey streaks. Her eyes are amber and catlike.
Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. Art enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Art hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: Many gnolls want her driven away; and obtaining odd cultural half-elven artifacts is her passion

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Spice Merchant arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her nunchaku, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a dagger on it. Her hair is red and very short. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.
Personality: Vani hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her singing career. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Vani was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has never given up on her singing dream.
