History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Paggen alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Paggen was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She found a children's book about a Dwarf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it
