Her red eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. Akra enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and money/treasure

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Trym was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and to reunite with his absent mother

History: Frug was born with his mother's beautiful face. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and money/treasure

Description: This younger middle-aged woman dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner, and a wedding ring on her right hand. Her brown hair has been sun bleached extensively. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She is obsessed with her god.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Some 10 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Malquis never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and she seems to be bored by most things
