History: She comes from a rich southern family. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered south to less war torn lands. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Smoking was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. Through the years after Smoking was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Smoking's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Smoking and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Roofer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After months of barely getting by, Jak managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Roondar is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: Umpen was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He tends to his Map Maker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
