Cory grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. Some 5 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Mary never married again. History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
