A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

History: Born in the east to a Beggar, Dain learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Beggar.

History: Astaro lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: He was born into a rich family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he wants revenge against dire rats

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the west. She has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A freak accident while working with her Assassin father left her crippled. She has never given up on her singing dream.

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she has money and likes to spend it

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was born in the east. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Thradal was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
