History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Shipwright. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Description: 5'3" and muscular, this western woman is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. Her red hair is unkempt and raggedy. Her eyes are a pleasant amber.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: Malquis was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. One day when Malquis was young, her mother was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly her mother dropped to the ground dead. Her mother had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Malquis was heart-stricken from the event, and her father started working long hours to provde for them. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: To be a Herbalist again.
