Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. The war was a terrible time for him, and Mantus does not often speak of it. History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. Kipper was born on a far northern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Bellfounder. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Her father taught her the rudiments of the Banker arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Bardryn was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Criella grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Criella. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
