Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: She got into the Shoemaker business at a young age. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by drow. Farideh was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the drow.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He wants revenge against giants.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now mingles about in high society.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Prosperine abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. After a long history of fighting, Prosperine and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and obtaining odd cultural elven artifacts is his passion

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and she seems to be bored by most things

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
