Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She was granted psionic powers by her dying brother.

Personality: She hates Tabaxis with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Dynamic was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
