History: Xappan was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Tiefling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. After coming to the age of reason, Taklinn took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing painting.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Shautha was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Shautha's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shautha fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She has all her life been fascinated with singing.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She bought a mace and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
