Description: He wears a brown cloak and cross-gartered blue stockings, and he perpetually has his bow ready. His long white hair reaches down to his waist. His half smiles and brown eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.
History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Kildrak alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Layabout. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: Emma was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Emma fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This late middle aged woman sports yellow clothing, slightly heavier than average wear and is in decent physical shape. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.
Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.
History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Being a Stableman kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She wears bulky white painted plate armor. Her red hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a skull scrunchie. Her hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Trym was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. After a long history of fighting, Trym and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and she's repulsed by the pc

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright black and blue, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Her dark red hair is heavily combed to the left. Her eyes are gold and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Layabout born in the past three hundred years. Nemeia is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: Nemeia lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While she appears to be a normal Tiefling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.
Motivation: To be a Navigator again.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the north. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the north were limited. She has achieved small success as a Sellsword.

Description: He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His silver hair is braided into rings. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Merchant business.
History: Theodoric was born with his mother's beautiful face. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Theodoric has worked very hard to control his curse. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by a spirit.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He is wearing a long, black, dusty cloak. His chestnut hair is lengthy. His eyes are black and beady.
Personality: Thamuz is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. A true patriot, Thamuz would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: He was born in a small forest village. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and regain custody of his son

Description: This western man is abnormally tall. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a tan suit, pastel shirt, and yellow tie. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His golden hair is knotted and matted. His half smiles and gray eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: Fibblestib lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Bounty Hunter, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bounty Hunter they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Sailor, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers
