Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Sethrekar was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dragonborn conditions. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
