History: Millicent was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. The war was a terrible time for him, and Zephan does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
