His hair is long and silver with streaks of golden, and is pulled back with small grey clips. His beard is golden, braided, and well cared for. He has gleaming, smiling gray eyes.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Jocelyn was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Jocelyn decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned.
