History: The child of a Priest, who enjoyed hunting, Rolen was taken on many hunting expeditions. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Rolen grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Rolen. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered poetry. Being a Miller kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Barrister but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Ekemon was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently the stress of being a Barrister has made it difficult for him to sleep.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Great was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gifted student he started as a Apothecary, but he got bored and became a Painter. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 3 years.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing singing.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Elven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Elven doctor. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Motivation: Half-Elven compassion; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Fibblestib was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

History: Ownka lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. The family's rival house kidnapped her sister with the intent that her sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To be a Farmer again; and balancing her hectic life and new shepherd responsibilities is difficult
