History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Numba grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Numba. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Detective for hire.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Gunter's homeland. Gunter decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.
