Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Gnome, and stands approximately 3'2". He wears a tan cloak and cross-gartered brown stockings, and his gloved hand is found clutching a sai. His silver hair is thinning but still full. His amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: Burgell was born the youngest of three triplets. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Unemployed. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: The light-skinned man stands 5'3" and wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. He has dyed his greying white hair a little too much giving a sharp white color. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his hazel eyes.
Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears a violet tunic with yellow highlights, and long white pants that bunch up around his shoes. His hair is short and silver. His brown eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: He is a Navigator first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and to be a tailor again

Description: This man stands a little under 6'1" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is typically in his Architect uniform. His small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His gold eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: Born in the east to a Architect, Shedinn learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Shedinn took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up monstrous two handed axe and armor he uses now. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Architect for hire.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he seems to be bored by most things

Description: He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. He keeps his blonde hair in a pixie cut. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.
History: He got into the Cartwright business at a young age. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He became a Cartwright soon after.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants his loneliness to end

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: Born to a Layabout, his mother struggled to pay the bills. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). She has wavy black hair. Her gray eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.
History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and sabotage a competitor

He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His hair is short and red. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his hazel eyes.
Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a yellow collared shirt and blue pants. He accessorizes with a black scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. His moppish blonde hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His eyes are green and beady.
Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Weaver born in the past three hundred years. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Manfred is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has worked as a Weaver like his mother before him.
