Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Tiefling people; and to clean up the streets

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Borgu hails from a village terrorized by drow. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
