Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Skirt abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.
