Description: He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. He carries with him a set of greatswords on his belt, each one with a jet on the hilt. His golden hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.
History: He was born into a rich family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Stannor grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Stannor. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: He is well dressed, constantly wearing a violet suit, grey shirt, and white tie, and carries ceremonial daggers. His blonde hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He has a dull look in his blue eyes.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Elf in existence. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered
History: Thervan was born the youngest of three triplets. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: He is greedy.

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She wears a black vest and prefers white and grey shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. Her hair is short and chestnut. Her gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Laborer arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. When Grai reached her early adolescence her Half-Orc father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature rapier.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears light armors faded through time and improper care. He has dyed his greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: Born to a Soapmaker, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Through the years after Bulzo was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Bulzo's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: He was raised by priests from a young age. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Marshal. He now owns his own business.
Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety.

Her fur is white, silky, and of moderate length. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: Dynamic is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Jeweler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle.

Description: She is a physically imposing light-skinned woman. She wears skinny pants and wears a grey and blue robe with the hood down. Her hair is black and curly. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Helja was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Helja decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.
