Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Tod grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Tod. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Through the years after Hecat was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Hecat's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Hecat and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
