History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. He found a children's book about a Halfling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Cloud grew up listening to his father's many stories. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. She has never given up on her writing dream.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His divine abilities were realized during a raid on his village. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Mugrunden's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Adventurer for hire.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and to clean up the streets

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: Puyet was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor.
