After coming to the age of reason, Bryseis took it upon herself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He comes from a rich western family. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he is greedy

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. The war was a terrible time for him, and Nutae does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Dilettante. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Dilettante for the past few years.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new dilettante responsibilities is difficult
