History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Raymond was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When Raer reached his early adolescence his Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Gnomish culture. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dragonborns.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her parents enrolled her in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that she could practice her psionic talents. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and gnomish compassion

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Healer. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Susannah was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and she has passion for adventuring and risk

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: This woman stands a little under 5'3" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She is well dressed, constantly wearing a tan suit, yellow shirt, and tan tie. Her red hair is unkempt and raggedy. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady brown eyes.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Valanthe hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Valanthe alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tiefling artifacts is her passion; and she wants revenge against gnolls

Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
