History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Shoemaker. History: He was raised in a desert tribe. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Howard grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Howard. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Fargas grew up listening to his mother's many stories. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
