Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Curran embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. The war was a terrible time for him, and Curran does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. When Curran reached his early adolescence his Halfling mother passed away. Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Traubon was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. History: Pennie lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her first spouse was a Ruler, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has achieved small success as a Tanner.
